201901 - Fourth of July Fireworks

Supplier will provide a staff of at least two (2) Pyrotechnicians, or Technicians, to supervise and fire the aerial display.  These individuals will meet all of the requirements of the Workers Compensation Laws of the State of New York.  The name(s) of the Pyrotechnician or Technicians must be submitted to the Town of Amherst by June 15, 2019.  A list of names of all additional workers must be submitted to the Town of Amherst at least two weeks prior to the event. The hiring of personnel on the day of the event is prohibited. Supplier must provide verification that all employees have been properly trained in the set-up and proper firing procedures.
