The Town of Amherst is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide the following legal services:

For representation in a class-action lawsuit against the manufacturers of generic prescription medication, for overcharging the Town of Amherst by, among other things, price-fixing, agreements to divide markets, agreements to maintain minimum pricing, and other unlawful antitrust conspiracies. The suit shall be consolidated with Multi-District Litigation (MDL) in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
