ITB-LK-2014036 - Memory Trees

Summary of Specifications:


The vendor is to supply and plant trees in the spring and fall of the years 2014 and 2015 in response to requests to the Town for individual trees to be planted in memory of a person. The prices in this contract shall be valid for two years from the date signed. Trees are to be planted on property owned or controlled by the Town. 

All trees planted under this contract will be handled and transported in a manner conducive to good nursery practices and the health and condition of the tree. All trees will be balled and burlapped (B&B) as true to name as specified. No change in species/variety/cultivar will be allowed unless authorized in writing by the Town of Amherst Senior Landscape Architect or other agent of the Highway Department Division of Forestry (Division of Forestry)
