Through this Bid, the Town of Amherst seeks to establish an Agreement for the purchase of miscellaneous small equipment and parts at either a discounted rate from manufacturer’s list price or a markup from the supplier’s cost. In the event a manufacturers list is not available; the Town will accept a cost-plus markup. Bid will be awarded based upon manufacturers list plus mark-up. Cost plus will be used ONLY as a back-up for any items that do not have a manufacturers list.
