2023053 - Miscellaneous Small Equipment and Parts

Through this Bid, the Town of Amherst seeks to establish an Agreement for the purchase of miscellaneous small equipment and parts at either a discounted rate from manufacturer’s list price or a markup from the supplier’s cost.  If a manufacturer’s list price is available, pricing quoted should be list minus discount %.  In the event a manufacturers list is not available, a cost-plus markup will be considered.   Cost plus will be used ONLY as a back-up for any items that do not have a manufacturers list.  We are not in need of items parts marked N/A as they are currently covered under other contracts.
