2020009 - Overhead Door Replacement and Repair

The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with proposals from qualified respondents that includes all costs for the overhead door replacement and repairs, further described within this bid document. The term of this agreement shall be (2) years from date of Town Board Approval. This contract may be extended for not more than two successive periods of equal length at the same bid price upon the mutual agreement of the successful respondent and the Town of Amherst.
