Summary of Specifications:
This public bid is to supply a Kut Kwick Commercial Slope Mower, model # SSM38-72D and misc, parts as described in the Bid Specifications and the General and Detailed Requirements within or “EQUAL” determinations are to be made solely by the Town of Amherst.

When bidding an “EQUAL” please include product name, part number and a specification/informational sheet with the bid.

The items in the bid specifications will be ordered in an as needed basis, as determined by the Town of Amherst.

All Freight Charges for shipment to Town of Amherst, 455 Tonawanda Creek Road Amherst, NY 14228 must be included in quoted price as no additional charges will be considered.

Bidder shall supply additional material as necessary to detail all warranty information.
