2025001 - Sodium Hypochlorite

The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with proposals from qualified respondents to provide Sodium Hypochlorite solution as described within this bid document. We are requesting pricing for a six-month term and a twelve-month term. The term will be awarded based on the best interests of the Town.  The effective date of the contract shall be February 13, 2025.  The contract may be extended for not more than two successive periods of equal length at the same bid price upon the mutual agreement of the successful respondent and the Town of Amherst.
