The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with a firm that is capable of transporting stabilized wastewater sludge cake, grit, and screenings as further detailed within this bid document, from the TOA WPCF to a disposal site. Currently, the TOA utilizes both a hauling service and our own WPCF equipment as needed.
