The work sites are located at the Town’s existing Town Hall at 445 Delaware Avenue, Highway Department at 74 Elm Avenue, Elm Avenue Town Park at 261 Elm Avenue, and Department of Public Works at 308 Kenwood Avenue. 
Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the office of CHA, III Winners Circle, Albany, New York 12205 and at the Town of Bethlehem, Town Clerk’s Office, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY 12054
Complete sets of the drawings, specifications and bid forms may be obtained from CHA, III Winners Circle, Albany, New York 12205, in accordance with the Instructions To Bidders.  Contract Documents will be provided electronically on a compact disc (CD) in PDF format and may be obtained at no cost. Contractors that obtain Contract Documents from a source other than the Issuing Office must notify the Issuing Office in order to be placed on the official Plan Holders List, receive Addenda and other Bid correspondence. Bids received from Contractors other than those on the official Plan Holders list will not be accepted.
