Summary of Specifications:
CONDUCT A SITE VISIT AND EVALUATE THE CONDITION OF AQUATIC WEED GROWTH IN THE RESERVOIR. PROVIDE TO THE TOWN IN WRITTEN FORMAT A DETAILED REPORT LISTING THE CONDITION OF WEED GROWTH AND A SOLUTION ON HOW TO MANAGE THE WATER CHESTNUT. REPORT SHOULD INCLUDE ALL METHODS OF CONTROL SUCH AS CHEMICAL TREATMENT AND MANUAL HARVESTING. A SITE VISIT IS MANDITORY. THE CHIEF WATER PLANT OPERATOR, MR. RICHARD SAYWARD CAN BE REACHED AT 518-765-4433 TO SCHEDULE THE SITE VISIT.
