Summary of Specifications:
The work under this Contract comprises the furnishing of all tools, equipment, materials and labor for the construction of the Carmel Sewer District No. 1 and Carmel Sewer District No. 3 Infiltration and Inflow System, located in the Town of Carmel, New York, complete, in place, tested and ready for use in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by J. Robert Folchetti & Associates, L.L.C. The Carmel Sewer District No. 1 and Carmel Sewer District No. 3 Infiltration and Inflow Remediation Project consists of cleaning, televising and cured in place lining of up to 12,000 LF of gravity sewer; cleaning and cured in place lining of approximately 75 precast concrete and brick manholes; approximately 225 linear feet of point repairs and all other appurtenant and related Work including bypass pumping, connection to existing facilities, demolitions and removals, maintenance and protection of traffic and environmental protection as shown, specified and required to complete the Project.
