Summary of Specifications:
The work consists of installation of a Steel Pavilion at Camarda Park, located in the Town of Carmel. With the exception of those items specifically identified for the Contractor to supply under this contract, the work consists of installation and erection only of one 40’x 64’ Steel Post and Beam Catskill Mountain Series Shelter (98-C40064-6TSPSB), as manufactured and supplied by Natural Structures, Inc. The elements of the shelter will be delivered to the site by the Town of Carmel, under a separate purchase contract.
