Bidder must be an authorized Polaris Dealership and must be located within a 50 mile radius of Carmel Town Hall. The Town of Carmel Town Hall is located at 60 McAlpin Avenue, Mahopac New York 10541. The Town reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence is submitted by, or investigation of such bidder fails to satisfy the Town, that such bidder is properly qualified and has the financial ability to carry out the obligations of the contract.
