Description

The work shall consist of supply and installation of the following roof top units (RTU):

One (1) 15 Ton American Standard Cooling RTU with economizer and roof curb adapter, on the roof of the Carmel Town Hall. This unit replaces an existing 15 Ton American Standard unit.
One (1) 30 Ton Carrier Cooling RTU with economizer and roof curb adapter, on the roof of the Carmel Town Hall. This unit replaces an existing 30 Ton Carrier unit.
One (1) 6 Ton Trane Cooling Rooftop Unit with economizer and roof curb adapter, on the roof of the Meeting Room at Carmel Town Hall. This unit replaces an existing 6 Ton Trane unit.

All work that involves craning off the existing units or craning onto the roof of the new unit, shall be conducted during weekend hours when the Carmel Town Hall is not occupied.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk upon receipt of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per set. Payment shall be in the form of Cash, Certified Check or Money Order, payable to the Town of Carmel, nonrefundable. Contract Documents may be obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk, Carmel Town Hall beginning September 26, 2024 at 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
