Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe the labor and material needed to replace the roof on the Buhrmaster Barn at the Pruyn House Complex, 207 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 12110. The roof has reached the end of its useful life. Also the facility has experienced a persistent leak between the roof and the copula which we require to be corrected with this roof replacement. This bid is to accomplish two purposes: 1. Replace the barn roof 2. Resolve the leak at the copula and roof intersection.
