Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Colonie is seeking proposals from qualified credit card processors for a system employing electronic data capture at the point of sale, and electronic funds transfer techniques for use in various Town departments. It is the intent of the Town to obtain the requested merchant credit card services from a single processor that will supply a system that will allow acceptance of credit card payment of fees at the lowest possible cost to the Town and our customers. The successful Vendor shall be the one which provides the most beneficial service and best value for the Town.
