Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Colonie seeks bids from qualified contractors for relocating two existing houses located at 321 Old Niskayuna Road and 327 Old Niskayuna Road to the Town of Colonie Fire Training Center located at 108 Wade Road Latham, NY 12110 which is approximately ½ mile from the location of the existing homes. Scope of work associated with the relocation of the buildings shall include new concrete foundations, structure support columns, framing, roof and soffit retrofits, doors and basement windows.
