Description

The Town of Colonie is seeking proposals from qualified Preservation Architect to develop a comprehensive plan for the repair and rehabilitation of the Pruyn House located at the Pruyn House Historic and Cultural Center.

It is the intent of the Town to obtain the requested services from a single provider that has experience in the rehabilitation of historical buildings.

The Town of Colonie owns the property and it is run by the Friends of the Pruyn House.

The successful Vendor shall be the one which has the most experience with historic restoration, provides the most comprehensive approach to the repairs and rehabilitation and provide the best value for the Town.
