TOC#24-01 - Cook Pool Resurfacing Phase 1

Cook Pool Resurfacing Phase 1:  Remove Paint and Grout from Concrete surface, sandblast, grind concrete, prepare concrete, repair cracks prime and repaint pool.    This is a prevailing wage contract. 

Prebid meeting: A “Non-Mandatory” Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 9:30 AM, on Wednesday January 10, 2024 at the PROJECT SITE, 294 Furnace Dock Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 at the pool campus entrance. It is very highly recommended that interested parties come to this pre-bid meeting to examine the site and the existing conditions of the pool surface.

Submit bids to the Town Clerk's Office (914-734-1020) located at Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567, at:

10:00 AM (prevailing time), Wednesday January 17, 2024 

A non-refundable Bid Deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) is required for each contract picked up at the Town Clerk’s office.  Checks should be made payable to the "Town of Cortlandt".
