TE Contract 2019.05 - Demolition of Residential Structure - 270 Furnace Dock Road

The Town of Cortlandt is requesting written proposals from qualified Contractors for the demolition and disposal of the residential structure and associated debris located at 270 Furnace Dock Road,
Cortlandt Manor NY, 10567 (tax map id 55.12-2-9).  The structure has been deemed a dangerous building by the  Town of Cortlandt.  An order to demolish has been issued. 

Prospective Contractors must be fully licensed and trained for the removal and handling of all materials.  The Contractor is fully responsible for removal and proper disposal of all waste in accordance with applicable Local, State and Federal codes.  Contractor shall stabilize all disturbed areas (i.e. foundation) with topsoil, seed and hay once demolition has been completed.
