The Town of Cortlandt is seeking proposals from qualified firms to prepare a lake management strategy to combat invasive species in Lake Meahagh and apply herbicide treatment to combat aquatic invasive species in the spring of 2020.
Two (2) hard copies of the Proposals must be received no later than January 21, 2020 at 4 pm. The Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:

The Town of Cortlandt reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. All proposals will remain valid for a period of forty-five (45) days after date specified for receipt of proposals. Upon mutual agreement between the Town and the Bidder the proposal may be extended.
The work required for this Proposal consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and ancillary support to complete the work. The Bidder shall furnish and install all materials required to complete the work as outlined herein.
