Description

The Town of Cortlandt is seeking Proposals from qualified Consultants to prepare a feasibility assessment which will then be used to develop the Map, Plan and Report, Engineer’s Report and Bid Documents for the construction of the sanitary infrastructure for the proposed Annsville Creek Sanitary Sewer District.

The proposed sanitary sewer will begin at the Annsville Circle / US Route 9 / Roa Hook Road and run north, then continue east, south east on US Route 9A / Albany Post Road terminating at a Town manhole near Dogwood Road at the municipal border with the City of Peekskill. Appendix “A” contains a GIS Map of the proposed sanitary sewer district.

In addition the Consultant will be tasked with developing plans to extend the Cortlandt Consolidated Water District infrastructure to service the same subject area.

The Town of Cortlandt reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. All proposals will remain valid for a period of forty-five (45) days after date specified for receipt of proposals. Upon mutual agreement between the Town and the Consultant the proposal may be extended.
