The Town of Cortlandt is requesting proposals for surveying services to be used for the design of proposed drainage and water main improvements along Root St and Hollowbrook Ln from the intersection at Oregon Rd to Alpine Dr (inclusive of Hollowbrook Pl and the Hollowbrook Ct Circle).
The Town is requesting proposals for Professional Land Surveying services to provide a route survey showing site features and utility services along the right-of-way and limits provided herein. The boundary and route survey will capture and identify all features within 50-ft of the existing road along the property frontages, easements and R.O.W./Paper Streets.
Proposals must be received no later than Monday February 6, 2023 at 4 pm EST. Proposal may be submitted in a sealed envelope (2 copies) addressed as follows:

The Town of Cortlandt reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. All proposals will remain valid for a period of forty-five (45) days after date specified for receipt of proposals. Upon mutual agreement between the Town and the Surveyor the proposal may be extended.
The work required for this Proposal consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals and ancillary support to complete the work. The Surveyor shall furnish and install all materials required to complete the work as outlined herein. The information presented below is not intended to be all inclusive of each and every item required, but is intended to serve as the general scope and nature of work to be performed. Please note prevailing wage rates apply for this work and certified payrolls will be required.
