TE Contract 2019.01 (R) - TOWN HALL FIRE SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS RE-BID

In general, this work includes furnish the installation of  a non-proprietary fire alarm control panel, pull stations,  remote annunciators, power supplies, remote cellular communicators, photoelectric smoke and CO detectors, ceiling and wall mounted horns and strobes, as well as all the necessary wiring, conduit, boxes and fittings.  All existing components including but not limited to wiring (ceiling, walls, attics, etc…) unless determined by the Owner’s Representative herein referred to as the Director of Technical Services (Director or Engineer) or his designee.
