The Town of Cortlandt is seeking proposal from qualified Firms to prepare a Facility Assessment (FA) of multiple Town properties. The FA shall include recommendations and prioritization of projects for each site to be used by the Town as a tool to plan for capital improvements.

Proposals are due back Friday August 23, 2024 at 4 pm EST. Proposals shall be emailed to Michael Preziosi, P.E., Director, Department of Technical Services, michaelp@townofcortlandt.com and lwalsh@townofcortlandt.com with the following Subject Header “Response to RFP – Facility Assessment of Various Town Properties”.
