Summary of Specifications:
Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Dover, Dutchess County, New York, will accept sealed bids for the following road materials: various sizes of crushed and washed stone, light stone fill, mason sand and sub-base materials; Top, Binder and Base course Bituminous Asphalt mix which must meet N.Y. State D.O.T. specifications. Bid packages will be available at the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s office located at 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, N.Y. between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 p.m.. Monday through Friday. Submitted bids shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked, “TOWN ROAD MATERIALS,” with the bid opening date on the envelope. Bids must be received by the Town Clerk’s Office no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
