RFPs must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: “RFP for Town of Dover Mowing and Trimming Services - 2023” and will be opened and publicly read at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
