TOWN OF DOVER ADVERTISEMENT FOR 2024 TREE TRIMMING AND REMOVAL SERVICES REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking requests for proposals for 2024 tree trimming and removal services.
Requests for proposals may be obtained starting on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, on Empire State Purchasing Group (Bidnet) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or by email request to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us, or on the Town of Dover’s “Bids and RFPs” webpage, https://www.doverny.us/bids.
RFPs shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “2024 Tree Trimming and Removal Services” to the Town Clerk’s Office at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10 a.m. on Monday, October 23, 2023 when they will be opened and publicly read.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
