Bids for Construction of aADA-Compliant Porous Pavement Walking Track at J. H. Ketcham Memorial Park, Dover Plains
Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Dover, Dutchess County, New York, will accept sealed bids for construction of a porous pavement and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)- compliant walking track at J. H. Ketcham Memorial Park in Dover Plains, NY.
Bid packages will be available starting Wednesday, August 11 , 2021 at the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office located at 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by email at townclerk@doverny.us and on the Town of Dover’s website at https://www.doverny.us/ under the “Business” banner and in the dropdown menu, “Bids and RFPs.”
The bid packet with also be published on Empire State Purchasing Group (BidNet Direct) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/solicitations/open-bids/page1. No electronic bids will be accepted.
A contractor’s site meeting for interested bidders may be scheduled by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd, Dover Plains at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112 or by email at townclerk@doverny.us by noon on Friday, August 27, 2021.
Submitted bids shall be in a sealed envelope and marked “Bid for Construction of a Porous Pavement and ADA-Compliant Walking Track at J. H. Ketcham Memorial Park” and must be received by the Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY no later than 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 when bids will be opened and publicly read.
