NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking bids for the construction of a 40’ x 20’ open air pavilion with concrete foundation at J. H. Ketcham Memorial Park at 46 Ketcham Park, Dover Plains, NY. Bid packets may be obtained starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022 at the Town of Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY, on Empire State Purchasing Group (Bidnet) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/solicitations/open-bids/page1, or by email request to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us, or at www.doverny.us under the “Business” tab and then “Bids and RFPs.” Interested bidders may schedule a site visit by contacting the Dover Town Clerks Office at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112 by 12 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2022. Questions may be submitted until 12 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2022 by contacting the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112. This project is subject to NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates PRC#2022003120.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled, “J. H. Ketcham Park Project- Construction of Open Air Pavilion with Concrete Foundation” to the Dover Town Clerk at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 when they will be opened and publicly read.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
