NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking qualified bidders for the Highway Garage Metal ReRoof of Existing Roof. Invitation to bid may be obtained starting on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the Town of Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY during business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: “Highway Garage Metal ReRoof of Existing Roof” to the Town Clerk of the Town of Dover at Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 when they will be opened and publicly read. A mandatory site walk has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Dover Highway Garage, 136 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522.
