NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking qualified bidders for the Highway Garage Metal Roof Replacement. Invitation to bid may be obtained starting on Friday, October 4, 2013 at the Town of Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY during business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: “Highway Garage Metal Roof Replacement” to the Town Clerk of the Town of Dover at Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 when they will be opened and publicly read. A mandatory site walk has been scheduled for Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Dover Highway Garage, 136 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522.
