TOWN OF DOVER J. H. KETCHAM PARK RESTROOM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking bids for a restroom improvement project at J. H. Ketcham Memorial Park at 46 Ketcham Park, Dover Plains, NY. Bid packets may be obtained starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, October 30, 2023 at the Town of Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY, on Empire State Purchasing Group (Bidnet) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/solicitations/open-bids/page1, or by email request to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us, or at www.doverny.us under the “Business” tab and then “Bids and RFPs.”
Interested bidders may schedule site visits by contacting the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112 or by email at townclerk@doverny.us. Questions may be submitted until 12 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2023 by contacting the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112. This project is subject to NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates PRC#2023006059.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled, “J. H. Ketcham Park Restroom Improvement Project” to the Dover Town Clerk at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2023 when they will be opened and publicly read. The public is welcome to attend the bid opening.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
