REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR A MUNICIPAL FISCAL ADVISOR FOR DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A FINANCIAL PLAN AND ISSUANCE OF DEBT OBLIGATION
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW MULTI-PURPOSE RECREATION CENTER AT THOMAS BOYCE PARK, WINGDALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking requests for proposal (RFPs) for municipal financial advisor’s services to help develop and implement a financial plan and issuance of debt obligation for the construction of a new multi-purpose recreation center at Thomas Boyce Park, 6420 Route 55 in Wingdale, NY.
Requests for proposals will be available starting on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, on Empire State Purchasing Group (Bidnet) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or by email request to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us or from the Town of Dover’s website, www.doverny.us under the “Business” tab, then “Bids and RFPs.”
RFPs (two printed copies) must be submitted in sealed envelopes to Town Clerk’s Office at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522 by 4 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024 when they will opened and publicly read.
