The Town of Dover seeks quotes for the purchase and installation (replacement) of 12 interior LED high bay lighting fixtures at Dover Plains Library, 1797 Route 22, Wingdale, NY.

Scope of work:

Secure and provide equipment needed to remove existing interior ceiling lighting

and schedule work with Library to minimize disruption as much as possible

Supply/install 12 interior LED high bay lighting fixtures to replace existing lighting
Remove and dispose of existing ceiling lighting
Provide certified payroll in compliance with NYS Dept. of Labor with final invoice for payment.

Timeframe:     Work to begin within two weeks of executed contract and completed within one
month after commencement of installation

Other requirements:    Certificate of liability insurance and proof of workers’ compensation and NYS prevailing wage (certified payroll)
