TOWN OF DOVER 2024 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SPRAY FOAM INSULATION AND FIRE-RESISTANT PAINTING OF HIGHWAY VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT STORAGE FACILITY INTERIOR
The Town of Dover, New York, seeks requests for proposals (RFPs) for the lowest-responsible qualified vendor for provision and installation of closed cell polyurethane spray foam insulation and fire-resistant painting of the interior walls and ceiling of the Town’s Highway vehicle and equipment storage (50’ x 100’ x 16’ 6”) post and frame facility at 136 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY. This is a public works project that requires payment of NYS prevailing wage and submission of certified payroll for payment.
RFPs (scope of work and RFP documents) will be available starting Monday, July 29, 2024 by call or visit to the Town Clerk’s Office, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY at (845) 832-6111, by email at townclerk@doverny.us, on the Town’s Bids/RFPs webpage at https://www.doverny.us/bids and on Empire Purchasing Groups website at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/.
Interested vendors are invited to contact the Town Highway Department at (845) 832-9567 to schedule a site visit of the facility’s interior by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

Proposals will be due to the Dover Town Clerk’s Office in physical form in an envelope labeled, “2024 Spray Insulation and Fire-Resistant Painting of Highway Facility Interior” by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 when they will be opened and publicly read.
