The Town of Dover Town Board will be accepting sealed bids for Highway Road Materials for the year 2023.
Bid packages will be available starting Monday, November 7, 2022 at the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s office located at 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, NY between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by email to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us, and on the Town of Dover’s website, www.doverny.us, under the tab, “Business” and then “Bids and RFPs.”
Submitted bids shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked, “2023 HIGHWAY MATERIALS BID,” with the bid opening date on the envelope.
Bids must be received by the Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 28, 2022 at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
Any questions regarding the bid(s) may be directed to the Town of Dover Highway Superintendent at (845) 832-9567 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The F.O.B. plant price will be analyzed with full consideration given to the distance of the plant to the Town of Dover Highway Garage. F.O.B. plant bids shall be within the State of New York.
