The Town of Dover (NY) is issuing a Request for Proposal for a consultant and/or environmental research firm to develop the following documents as part of the Town's grant-funded and community-sponsored activities to achieve Climate Smart Certification through the NYS DEC Climate Smart Communities (CSC) Program:

Government Operations Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory
Greenhouse Gas Target Reduction Plan and a
Government Operations Climate Action Plan.

NYS Certified-Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply.

Proposals are due at the Town of Dover Town Clerk's Office, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY by 10 a.m. Friday, August 11, 2017 when they will be opened and publicly read. One original proposal printed double-sided with six (6) copies and one CD containing the proposal in portable document format (PDF) must be submitted with a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP for Town of Dover Climate Smart Communities Govt. Operations Studies and Plans." No electronic or faxed submissions will be accepted.
