The Town of Dover is currently seeking qualified bidders for the following: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) IT Expansion and General Maintenance and Repairs. Request for Proposals are obtainable starting Wednesday, November 19th, 2014 at the Town of Dover, Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains New York, during business hours. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: “Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) IT Expansion and General Maintenance and Repairs” And be in the hands of the Town Clerk by 10:00am on Wednesday, December 10th, 2014. It is strongly recommended that prospective bidders attend a site walk on Wednesday, December 3rd at the Dover Town Hall at 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, NY 12522 at 10:00am.
