The Town of Dover is seeking bids for the construction of a pole barn at the Town’s Highway Garage 136 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY.

Bid packets will be available starting Monday, September 18, 2017 at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY during business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bid packets may also be requested by email at townclerk@townofdoverny.us. A site walk for the project will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the Town of Dover Highway Garage, 136 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY.

Bid packets shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: Town of Dover Highway Department Pole Barn Project and be delivered by mail or in person to the Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522 by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 when they will be opened and publicly read.
