The Town of Dover is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a 50’ x 100’ Highway vehicle and equipment storage facility with concrete foundation at the Town’s Highway Garage at 136 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY.
Bid packets will be available starting Monday, April 11, 2022 at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY during business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bid packets may be requested in person or by email at townclerk@doverny.us and will also be posted to the Town of Dover’s website homepage under the “Business” tab and “Bids and RFPs” at https://doverny.us/RFPs_Bids.cfm and on Empire Purchasing Group Bidnet Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com. A contractor’s site walk may be scheduled by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 (Option 2) before noon on Friday, May 6, 2022.
Bid packets shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: “Town of Dover Highway Vehicle and Equipment Storage Facility Project” and be delivered by mail or in person to the Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522 by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 when they will be opened and publicly read. Contractors are welcome to attend the bid opening.
