NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals (RFPs) may be submitted to the Town Clerk of the Town of Dover for surface preparation and exterior painting of the J. H. Ketcham Memorial Park Community Building at 46 Ketcham Park in Dover Plains.
RFPs will be available starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 12, 2021 on the Town of Dover’s website, www.doverny.us, under the tab, “Bids and RFPs,” upon request to the Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 Option 2 or by email at townclerk@doverny.us, and posted on Bidnet Director Empire State Purchasing at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york. This is a public works project in accordance with NYS Prevailing Wage PRC#2021003236.

RFPs must be received by the Town of Dover Town Clerk, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522 by 10 a.m. on Monday April 26, 2021 at which time the requests for proposals will be opened and read in public at Dover Town Hall. Interested vendors who wish to attend the RFP opening will be required to wear face coverings and seating will be designated with social distance.
