The Town of East Greenbush is under an Order of Consent with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for violations arising out of the ownership and use by the Town of certain underground fuel storage tanks at the Town Highway Garage facility at 69 Gilligan Road, East Greenbush, NY.
