The Town seeks to retain a Professional Engineering Consultant to provide professional design services for the installation of sidewalk along the Town right-of-way in selected areas. The subject professional services shall involve all surveying and design services necessary to provide construction plans and documents for municipal bidding and construction or as otherwise noted in the relevant section of the RFP directions.
