The Town of Greenburgh (“The Town”) is seeking proposals from Professional Public Safety Architects/Engineers with demonstrated experience in Municipal Facilities planning and design. The Town seeks to strategically address deficiencies in the existing Town Court Building & Police Department Headquarters (“TCB&PDH”) with respect to: ADA compliance, safety/circulation, locker rooms, energy efficiency, asbestos abatement, etc. The TCB&PDH is a combined 30,600 sq. ft. facility existing at 188 Tarrytown Road, White Plains, NY 10607.
The Town is seeking proposals for the preparation of a TCB&PDH Facilities Master Plan which will guide future implementation steps (design/construction budgeting, construction phasing, related municipal planning, etc.).
The content of the proposals should respond to information presented in the enclosed RFP and must adhere to the format outlined therein. Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of their proposal as well as submission by email. Interested firms are invited to submit Proposals no later than 4:00pm, Thursday, April 11, 2024 for consideration, and should be addressed to:
