The project proposes the demolition, removal and off-site disposal of the existing asphalt tennis court
play area, chain link fence and gates, footings and foundations, equipment shed, patio, walks, stairs,
railings, stormwater systems, trees, stumps and ancillary improvements. The project requires the
construction of a post-tensioned concrete slab, play surface coating and striping, and nets for pickleball
courts and open play area, chain link fence and gates, concrete patio, ADA compliant pedestrian walk,
stormwater infrastructure and vegetative restoration.
