DPW 2020-02 - Complete Turnkey Repair or Replacement of Existing Vertical Turbine Pump

The principal features of the work are: the removal of an existing Sulzer/Johnston Vertical Turbine Pump, Model JT 16 CHC, 5-Stage/14 QMC 1-Stage and the coupled 500 HP motor, the complete rebuilding of the pump (at a certified OEM repair facility) and the complete rebuilding of the motor, the reinstallation of the rebuilt pump and motor, startup and performance testing of the rebuilt units on site.  Bidder shall bid on the primary (Rebuilding) Bid; they may also bid on the Alternate Bid for an entirely new pump and motor.
