Bid for Building Cleaning Services for Town Owned Buildings. Base bid is for cleaning at Town Hall, Department of Public Works, and Recycling Offices. Optional bids for Event work at Community Center, Art Center, and Chappaqua Performing Arts Center. Additionally, special cleaning service options throughout all buildings. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO MINIMUM INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACT WILL ONLY BE AWARDED TO A COMPANY THAT WILL PROVIDE AT LEAST THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH INSURANCE ITEM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
