The Town of New Castle is requesting proposals to provide professional engineering services for the development and preparation of a Water System Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for the existing Water Distribution System. The PER shall be completed in accordance with guidance from the NYS EFC and also the US EPA. For the purpose of this PER, only the New Castle/Stanwood Water District and the Millwood Water Treatment Plant will be addressed.
